Scorecards/Cart Signs

Scorecard and Cart Signs are printed on perforated card stock that is available for purchase on this website on the Price List.

On this image the perforation is indicated by the five dashes on the right side of the image.

Each 8.5 x 11 sheet contains a scorecard for each player in the cart and sign for the cart.

The hole that the player should enter their score for the first hole is shaded in gray. This is for a shot gun start.

If I were keep the score for Adam Ant, I would use the top portion of the scorecard to document my score to compare with the person that was documenting my score on the official scorecard. Once the score has been verified, the scorer for Adam Ant and myself would each sign the scorecard and then turn it in to the scoring committee.
